We always send digital mockups of your design before printing for your approval. We start fulfilling your order only after you fully approve your mockup. Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages or email!

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select the garment size & color
2. Add your text/personalization request
3. Choose your text color & font
4. Choose the location of your design (i.e. Left Chest, Center Chest, Right Chest, Upper Back, Middle Back, Lower Back, etc...)
5. Select the quantity
6. Click 'Add to Cart'
7. Repeat steps 1-6 for multiple item orders
Don't worry, we will send you a mockup of your design before printing so you're pleased with your purchase even before receiving it!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash items inside out in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low.

1. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. However, if there's an error on our part or you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly with supporting photos for resolution. We're committed to providing refunds or replacements for any mistakes made on our end.
2. Please be aware that the colors and dimensions depicted in our digital mockups and color charts are approximate representations. Actual product appearance may vary due to factors such as screen settings and lighting conditions.
3. Ensure accurate sizing by referring to our size chart before finalizing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.
4. Once you've approved your digital mockup, you will no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 15 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
5. To make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, please make sure you submit the correct order details at checkout. We do not take responsibility for missed/lost deliveries due to typos in the delivery information.
